Return & Refund Policy for Clever Computer

1. Defective or Damaged Products

Returns or refunds are strictly prohibited unless the product is found to be defective or has technical issues. You must report any such issues to us on the same day of purchase, collection, or delivery. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement for the item.

2. General Return Eligibility

Some Items may be returned within 3 days of purchase only if they are in their original, factory-sealed packaging. The product must be completely unused, boxed, and in the exact condition it was at the time of sale. Any item that has been opened or shows signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. In-Store Return Process

All returns and replacements must be completed in person at our physical store location in Qatar. We do not provide delivery or courier pickup services for any return, refund, or exchange requests. Even if the product was purchased online, the customer is responsible for bringing the item to the shop.
