  • Eligibility: Products purchased from Clever Computer Trading may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
    • Certain items, such as software, electronics, or accessories, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated during purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Additionally, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the return has been approved. The refund will be made using the same form of payment used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

  • Refund Conditions: Shipping fees and any additional service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product(s) returned.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the condition of the product, in accordance with applicable Qatari consumer protection laws.
