Return Policy for Products

At Clever Computer Trading, we offer reliable and timely delivery services within Qatar. Please review the following details regarding shipping rates and our return policy.

1. Shipping Rates

• Within Doha: A delivery charge of QAR 15 will apply to all orders delivered within Doha.
• Outside Doha: A delivery charge of QAR 35 will apply to all orders delivered outside of Doha.
• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated time displayed at checkout, but please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Return Policy for Products

• Return Location: If you wish to return a product, it must be done in-store at our physical shop.
• Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. You must visit our store to complete the return process.
• Eligibility for Return: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return.

Please note that any returns by mail or courier will not be accepted. Returns must be completed in person at our store.
